RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Thank You for shopping at Rainbow Radiance. Although all sales a final. No REFUNDS OR RETURNS.
We will gladly accept items for exchange if they ARRIVED at the delivery address DAMAGED or DEFECTIVE in any way. We will not accept exchanges if you ordered bulk items, the wrong product or wrong size.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If you received a damaged or defective item, within 24-48 hours upon receipt, please take a picture of the damaged item with the original package label and email it to rainbowradiancellc@gmail.com. In the email please explain what was damaged or defective with the item. Once your email is reviewed by our team, we will contact you on further steps on how to return the item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Items that are exempt from being exchanged include:

Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your exchanged item.
